HOLLA! Literary Festival

The organizers of the HOLLA! Literary Festival invites you to be a part the largest literary festival in Anson County and this event will be dedicated to Mary Little.

which is scheduled for Saturday, February 4, 2012, will help promote literacy in Anson and surrounding counties by exposing its residents to top authors of fiction, nonfiction and spoken word artists.  The last couple of years the festival have had over 1,000 attendees. This year we expect an even larger crowd.

The itinerary of the upcoming festival follows:

Saturday, February 4th: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. authors will be on hand at the Hampton B. Allen Library, Wadesboro, NC.

HOLLA! is a 501c3 non-profit organization.  All proceeds will go to assist HOLLA! in its mission to motivate the members of the Anson County community to become more involved in the educational process of its children.

Authors, please note that you will be welcomed to sell your books and keep all of the proceeds. Our primary concern is to expose this community to the vast possibilities that come with mastery of literary skills.

The event will help fill a void that Anson and surrounding counties have longed to see filled, and will feature one of the largest markets for local authors in this country!

Please RSVP as soon as possible.  I will need to know your name and your book name for advertisement which will run now until the festival. at literaryfestival@gmail.com
